I think it’s so cool that they’re coming back. It’s a great way to get a real and raw sound. I pesonaly love the analog live sound opposed to the digital processed sound. Of course it depends on what the music is and calls for. It’s definitely cool to hear the snap, crackle, and pop of a classic LP.

So I travel every once in a while. Through my travels (that sounds noble lol) I’ve learned that the safest part of a jet is the wings. The reason being is because of the extra support and reinforcement between the fuselage and the wings themselves. This extra support can make you fell a little more at ease if you’re not the flying type.

There’s some pretty good venues here in the South Bay.
Awakening’s Coffee House, The Comic Bug, The Whiskey a Go Go….
I’ve personally played The Whiskey and Awakenings.
When it comes to Awakenings though, I suggest you do your own level setting.
The last time I played there, the sound engineer was horrible.
It’s really imortant for the audience and of course the band.

If you like Pina Colada’s… Naw I’m just messing with you. So I’m going to get right down to it. I’m a drummer looking for a bassist. A bassist that I can interlock with. A bassist who plays bass, not a guitarist that thinks they can play bass. Someone to play counter parts. You know… a bassist. I’ve been playing for 19 years. I grew up listening to a lot of 60’s and 70’s Rock n’ Roll, Swing/Big Band Jazz, and other various styles. When it comes to music I’m very eclectic. My influences (Drummers) are John Bonham, Carl Palmer, Mitch Mitchell, Buddy Rich, Louie Bellson, Gene Krupa, Bobby Caldwell, Ian Piace, and Ringo Star. (Bands) Led Zeppelin, The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Bad Company, Cream, Captain Beyond, ELP, Deep Purple, The Beatles. etc… You get the point. Anyways, If you think our styles might click, feel free to e-mail me Jmancaruso@yahoo.com.
P.S. No ego’s, no “rockstars”, no flakes!
